During an Energy Psychology Session you will be taken through a tapping sequence (like E.F.T. or W.H.E.E.) whilst simultaneously a type of counselling takes place (like E.A.M. Energy Alignment Method, Compassion Work and/or Sedona Method) to remove emotional and energetic blocks.
